Donor Program

“Opening Doors of Opportunity”

Children’s Scholarship Fund-Charlotte (CSF-C) is launching its first donor program, “Opening Doors of Opportunity”!  With your support, CSF-C can continue to provide educational options to children (Kindergarten through Eighth Grade) from low-income families in Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.  It is our organization’s belief that by providing a change in class size, teaching methods, school environment, individual attention or overall enrichment, children can be taught the way they learn best and reach their highest potential.

Since 1999, CSF-C has invested over $6.5 million in nearly 4,750 scholarships.   This organization is the largest provider of elementary and middle school scholarships in North Carolina and is the only provider in Mecklenburg County.  It should be noted that all funding is:

LEVERAGED,as local contributions are matched with dollars from CSF’s national  headquarters.
DESIRED, as more applications are submitted than scholarships available.
EFFECTIVE, as children’s academic, emotional, physical and/or spiritual needs are being addressed with positive results.
LIFE CHANGING, as children are being prepared with a solid foundation in order to succeed in high school, college and society.

Your contribution TODAY is an investment in a child’s educational experience, which will impact his or her life FOREVER!  We hope that you will be our partner and make a difference in a child’s future.
